· Seek excellence, and DO NOT stop at “good” – it is not good enough
· Assume that you can always find a better way to use your abilities
· Aim at perfection, even if that seem impossibly out of reach
· Welcome new tasks as test that you will pass
· On completing any work, mark your performance out of 100 --- strictly
· Do not become a hard taskmaster, but do be a demanding one who helps others to work well
